Shenzhen Yangchuangpeng Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", "our", or "the App") respects and protects the personal privacy rights of all users who use our services. In order to provide you with more accurate and practical services, the App will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. However, the App will treat this information with a high degree of diligence and caution. Unless otherwise specified in this Privacy Policy or with your prior consent, the App will not disclose this information externally or provide it to third parties. The App will update this Privacy Policy from time to time. By agreeing to the App's service usage agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to all the contents of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the App's service usage agreement.
This Privacy Policy applies to all online applications under the company's name.
1. Scope of Application
- (a) Personal registration information you provide when registering for the App account as required by the App;
- (b) Information on your browser and computer that the App automatically receives and records when you use the App's network services or visit the App's platform webpage, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, date and time of access, software and hardware characteristic information, and webpage records you request;
- (c) User personal data obtained by the App from business partners through legal channels.
You understand and agree that the following information does not apply to this Privacy Policy:
- (a) Keywords you enter when using the search services provided by the App platform;
- (b) Information you post on the App, including but not limited to participation in activities, transaction information, and evaluation details collected by the App;
- (c) Violations of laws or regulations, violations of the App's rules of conduct, and measures taken by the App against you.
2. Information Use
- (a) The App will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party, unless you have given prior consent, or the third party and the App (including affiliated applications of the App) provide services to you jointly or separately, and upon completion of such services, they will be prohibited from accessing all such information, including information they could previously access.
- (b) The App also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell, or disseminate your personal information in any way. Any user of the App platform found to be engaged in such activities may have their service agreement with the App terminated immediately.
- (c) To serve users, the App may share your personal information with its partners so that they can send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent).
3. Information Disclosure
The App will disclose all or part of your personal information based on your personal willingness or legal provisions under the following circumstances:
- (a) Disclosure to third parties with your prior consent;
- (b) Sharing your personal information with third parties to provide the products and services you request;
- (c) Disclosure to third parties or administrative or judicial authorities in accordance with relevant legal provisions or the requirements of administrative or judicial authorities;
- (d) Disclosure to third parties if you violate relevant Chinese laws, regulations, or the App's service agreement or related rules;
- (e) If you are an eligible intellectual property complainant and have filed a complaint, disclosure to the respondent at their request to facilitate the resolution of possible rights disputes between the parties;
- (f) In a transaction created on the App platform, if any party to the transaction fulfills or partially fulfills their transaction obligations and requests information disclosure, the App has the right to decide to provide the other party with necessary information such as their contact details to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the resolution of disputes.
- (g) Other disclosures deemed appropriate by the App in accordance with laws, regulations, or website policies.
4. Information Storage and Exchange
The information and data collected by the App related to you will be stored on the servers of the App and/or its affiliated applications. These information and data may be transmitted to, accessed, stored, and displayed outside your country or region where the App collects information and data.
Special Note: The App is a local memo-type personal information storage function application. All information actively filled in by users, including account, email, phone number, etc., is only used to record their detailed information and will only be stored in the user's phone memory without external dissemination.
Account Deactivation and Process
Please note: Account deactivation is a non-recoverable operation. Additionally, after account deactivation, you will no longer be able to log in to the corresponding account to use related services. Except for relevant information, rights, or other data that the App should retain in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, all information and data stored or used under your deactivated account will be permanently deleted. Please proceed with caution when deactivating your account. Furthermore, account deactivation does not exempt or diminish any account behavior and related responsibilities you may have incurred prior to deactivation.
4.1 Account Deactivation Process
- If you need to deactivate your account, you must meet the following conditions simultaneously:
- No abnormal logins, password changes, or modifications to password mobile phones or security email addresses, among other actions that affect account security, within the last month;
- No incomplete transactions, orders, or services within the account;
- No involvement in any complaints or reports or being complained about or reported;
- No unused benefits in the account. If you have unused benefits, the deactivation request will be deemed as your voluntary abandonment of the corresponding benefits;
- No outstanding or unpaid amounts;
- All data and information to which you are entitled under your App account have been migrated and backed up, or you fully waive your right to retain or retrieve such data;
- Account deactivation is not involved in any complaints, disputes, lawsuits, investigations by competent authorities, etc., that have occurred, as well as the absence of realistic risks of the aforementioned litigation or adjustments;
- No other obligations that should be fulfilled in accordance with laws and regulations but have not yet been fulfilled by the account.
- If the App's review team finds during the verification process that your account cannot meet the above conditions simultaneously, your account deactivation request will be rejected. If you wish to continue with deactivation, you need to handle the relevant matters based on the rejection reasons and reinitiate the account deactivation request.
- To initiate an account deactivation request, please go to "My Information" and click on Account Deactivation. After successful application, the account will be automatically deactivated.
4.2 Consequences of Account Deactivation
You acknowledge and agree that after completing the account deactivation process, the following consequences, including but not limited to, will occur:
- You will not be able to perform any permission operations based on that account;
- Your previously owned account will be reclaimed by the App, and you will no longer have the right to use the original login account. You will not be able to log in to the App website, authorize third-party network services accessed by the App, or use any services that require account login to use on the App;
- You will not be able to retrieve all information and data you previously stored or used under that account, except for relevant information or data that the App should retain in accordance
- Other consequences that may harm your rights or cause you losses.

Permission application and application scenarios
We strictly limit the permissions required for the app's functionality. During use, we will request necessary permissions. If you decline, click "Deny" or "Reject," which may affect specific features. Below are the permissions we may request and their purposes:

(a) Phone Permission: Read device status to obtain device ID (ANDROID ID), including IMEI and ICCID, for account security, fraud prevention, and data statistics (installs, activity, etc.).
